Description
Similar in effect to a tall fall-blooming Aster or Michaelmas Daisy. Billowing clouds of clear white, golden-eyed daisies appear in late summer and fall. Foliage is clean and healthy, forming a bushy upright mound that should not require staking.. Nice background plant for a sunny border. Flowers are also great for cutting. Selected from a native North American wildflower. Tolerates summer heat and humidity. Plants may be kept at a more compact size by pinching once or twice before the end of June, otherwise they may need to be staked. Easily divided in early spring.

Super photo of asters planted in the shape of a heart, with great clarity and composition! Excellent work, particularly for Valentine's Day, Marcia!

Morris, they were not planted that way it just grew into a heart shape in my garden!
